Voice of Purpose is seeking team members to contribute to the process of developing and delivering new projects in 2024 across Canada and the US that will provide professional development training for community engaged artists, and strategic change management support for arts leaders of colour. 

This opportunity is open to applicants who are Canadian and US residents. Ideal candidates have deep experience in their field, who can contribute to our projects on a strategic and tactical level, partnering directly with our Executive Director and Director of Digital Strategy to optimize the team’s technology tools. 

Digital Systems Engineer

This role requires experience in the domains of website development (specifically with WordPress and TailWind/TailPress. The candidate will be responsible for leading the development of web-based platforms for online learning, a multi-dimensional resource hub for knowledge sharing, and supporting the collaborative generation of new digital resources with executive leaders. In-depth knowledge of Coda and Miro is an asset, along with experience in general IT support. The ideal candidate is a systems-thinker, with experience in non-profit, business and enterprise strategy.
