Voice of Purpose is seeking team members to contribute to the process of developing and delivering new projects in 2024 across Canada and the US that will provide professional development training for community engaged artists, and strategic change management support for arts leaders of colour.
This opportunity is open to applicants who are Canadian and US residents. Ideal candidates have deep experience in community arts or a similar field, who can contribute to our projects on a strategic level, partnering directly with our Executive Director to collaboratively and independently get our projects off the ground and running.
Outreach and Marketing Manager
The main function of this role is to lead the development of outreach, marketing, partnership and promotion strategies, content and execution – and to support thought leaders to share educational resources and industry-catalyzing content and initiatives to uplift, equip and catalyze the community arts sector. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, experienced, and skilled in online marketing and promotions; creating and sharing engaging educational content; and managing promotional outreach initiatives for specialized programs and projects. They ground their approaches in strategy, foresight, and a deep nuanced understanding of the community arts non-profit sector in Canada and the US.
