Voice of Purpose is entering 2024 with exciting new projects in the community arts space spanning Canada and the US. We are seeking team members to contribute to the development and delivery of these projects that will provide professional development training for community-engaged artists and strategic change management support for arts leaders of colour.
We have a number of opportunities open to applicants who are Canadian and US residents. Ideal candidates have deep experience in community arts or a similar field, who can contribute to our projects on a strategic level, partnering directly with our Executive Director to collaboratively and independently get our projects off the ground and running.

Project Manager and Executive Assistant
The ideal candidate is: an admin-savvy detail-oriented strategic systems thinker, project manager, and educator. They anchor their work in effective systems, processes, flexibility, equity, creativity and innovation. They are experienced in the art of managing project life-cycles, teams, logistics, and are familiar with the Community Arts non-profit sector. Skills in curriculum development, and nuanced understanding of EDI issues and how they impact the non-profit community arts industry are valuable assets.
