Voice of Purpose is seeking team members to contribute to the process of developing and delivering new projects in 2024 across Canada and the US that will provide professional development training for community engaged artists, and strategic change management support for arts leaders of colour. 

This opportunity is open to applicants who are Canadian and US residents. Ideal candidates have deep experience in their field, who can contribute to our projects on a strategic and tactical level, partnering directly with our Executive Director and Director of Digital Strategy to optimize the team’s technology tools. 

Digital Systems Consultant

This role requires experience in the domains of website development (specifically with WordPress, TailWind, and TailPress). The candidate will be responsible for leading the development of web-based platforms, including an online learning platform, a collaborative hub for knowledge sharing, and a public resource hub. They should be able to support existing builds, handle custom coding, and integrate various systems such as CRMs and video platforms. In-depth knowledge of Coda for solution design and development is an asset, along with providing general IT support. The ideal candidate is a systems-thinker with experience in non-profit, business, and enterprise strategy.
