Operations Manager

This role’s primary focus is on operational systems maintenance and process improvements for both VOP NFP (Canadian not-for-profit) and VOP LLC (US for-profit). This would include (but are not limited to) financial, legal, and compliance processes and procedures, as well as team development and support. 

This role is open to Canadian residents who are able to access banking and CRA-related processes.The ideal candidate has deep experience in their field, and is able to collaborate with our Executive Director on a strategic and tactical level to maintain and improve existing systems and processes.
