What is the unmet need this course program addresses?
This program offers personal transformation, helping participants align their personal purpose with their professional work. It also addresses the need for community arts practitioners to develop deeper, culturally respectful, and socially transformative methods for engaging communities through art. Many frontline artists and arts workers lack the frameworks to design and implement arts programs that truly embody purpose, equity, and systemic change, especially when working in historically marginalized communities. This course aims to fill that gap by providing the tools to do so with integrity.
What are the other benefits in addition to skill building?
In addition to skill building, the course provides access to a supportive network of like-minded professionals across North America, facilitating collaboration and shared learning among a community of trailblazing leaders in the arts. Finally, it helps participants integrate strategic change management into their practice, equipping them to create more impactful and sustainable arts programs.
